Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I checked out the page on the most common settings for getting games to work, and Melee is working at a very fast frame rate.
However, my only problem is that the game randomly stutters every 5 seconds. The video freezes for about a half second and so does the audio.
What should I do in order to get rid of this problem?

aaand my specs. I don't know as much as I should in this area so ask me to correct it if I write something wrong:

Intel i5
8GM RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon HD (4500/5100 Series)
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Try revision 6000.

It's working a LOT better now. The stuttering is still there but its barely noticeable. Should I go under the impression its my computer or my config as it is?

No. Dolphin has had stuttering issues for some time now.
