If you can't set Dram:FSB ratio to unlinked (it might call it something different) then just set it to 2:1. That's just as good. But 1:1 is way to high. If you overclock your cpu to 1400MHz FSB and 3.2GHz core clock and leave your ratio at 1:1 your dram will be running at 1400MHz, I doubt you will be able to get any ddr2 ram to be stable at that frequency.
I might use the configuration as follows :-
FSB = 333 MHz (Might be using OC Switch)
FSB : DRAM = 1 : 1.20
So, DRAM = 400 MHz
VCore : Auto (1.35 V)
VTT FSB Voltage = 1.3 V

Stop my crazy idea, but I am gonna try this on my stock cooler. I am planning to hit 3 GHz first on my stock cooling. I will not stress my CPU. I am doing so because nowadays it runs around 20-25 C in idle state.
UPDATE : I am kinda afraid to OC... my mind is diverging me from doing so... I hope games in near future will be more responsive towards core count... sigh Giving up OC.

RAM is way too high, unless your mobo handles it differently FSB is actually 1333MHz which means dram would be running at 1600MHz at that ratio, use 2:1. If you're mobo really does use base clock instead of effective FSB speed to set the mem speed via ratio then I stand corrected, but that is retarded (if your mobo has ratios like 1:2 then you know it's handling it that way since no mobo manufacterer would dare make a mobo that ran dram at twice the effective FSB speed). And the core voltage is too high as well. You can get away with 1.30 or even 1.25v if you're lucky at 3.0GHz.

When I set my FSB to 333 MHz and ratio to 1 : 1.20, I get effective DRAM frequency of 800 MHz. So, I am set with that.
But, the real question I am asking myself that - Is it worth it? I mean, I hadn't encountered any game TILL now which is taxing on my PC - Except EfLC - curse you R*, but seriously, I researched a lot on net and found that only liquid cooling can keep my OC cool in summers where last year temps hit 50 C... So, no no OC for me...
