Unless I am misunderstanding you XMP is the memory profile. It has nothing to do with the core multiplier and bus clock.
Set the multiplier to 21 and the bus clock to 180. That will give you a core clock of 3800 MHz (3.8GHz).

i found a template somewhere for the i5 750, which is this:
If you Have XMP memory.
Ai Overclocker Tuner: XMP (ifnot) Manual
CPU Ratio setting: 20
BCLK Frequency: 200
PCI Frequency: 100
DRAM Frequency: (Your native speed, 1600, 2000, 1333)
QPI Frequency: Highest Value (7000 something)
Now enter the DRAM Timing Control and set your memory Latency.
CPU Voltage Mode: Manual [1.3]
IMC Voltage: [1.2]
DRAM Voltage: (If you used XMP it should be set) if not use your rated voltage.
CPU PLL: Auto
PCH Voltage: Auto
Load Line Calibration: Auto
CPU Spread Spectrum: Disabled
I could set the multiplier to 19x instead of 20x for a lower clock (3.8Ghz instead of 4Ghz) and probably less stress and heat.
"PCI Frequency"? i can't find this setting on my BIOS...

The default PCI frequency should be 100MHz, which you should NEVER EVER CHANGE.
I wouldn't change the qpi frequency from the default. Leave the voltages on auto and use the settings I recommended, 180MHz BCLK and 21x multiplier. And once again XMP is for memory overclocking only.

What's the base clock on your cpu? It's 166 MHz right? If so 22x is fine.
170 Mhz x 22 (multiplier) = 3.8GHz, which should be about as high as you can go without a voltage increase.
Ouch, AMD 64 X2 5200+ here, though with the summer right now I'm not willing to risk an overclock.
Anyway, enabling Accurate Vbeam emulation seems pretty safe for Sonic Colors and it can give you a good 20-30% speed boost.
I get 100% on menus, 100% but half speed on the level select screen and an average of 70-80% ingame.

Hi. Ive been trying to get Colors to run smootly on my PC for a while now But with no succcess
. I get about 42-47 FPS at the menu, and 20-22 Ingame o.O. Specs below
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 OC @ 3.3GHZ
GPU: ATI Raedon HD 6850
RAM: 2GB 1066 DDR3
MOBO: ASUS M4A78LT-M
Thanks

Good luck, you're going to need it.

Accurate Vbeam emulation? you mean "Accurate Texture Cache"? if yes, set to Safe, Normal or Fast?

No he means accurate vbeam emulation. It's an option in game properites (right click the game in dolphin).

OH DAMN! that did the trick, i always get full framerate now with Accurate Vbeam emulation!! and without heavy overclocking!
