The FPS in this version is great, 50 fps most of the time.
Safe texture cache didn't prevents the crash.
Can somenone help me to fix this?
I know that i can skip the cutscene, but MGS without cutscenes isn't MGS.
Phenom II x4 945 3.0 Ghz
2x 2gb ddr2 Kingston
GTS 250 512Mb DDR3
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bits
With Revision R7257 64 bits the game do not hang in the cutscene (tried at least 15 revisions).
Tried by cutscene 4 times, i'm too happy.
On R7257 sound sync with video in cut scenes? Show your dolphin configuration, please.
Well, there are still hangs sometimes (but less than other revisions)
With patience, i was able to finish the game watching all cutscenes.
The config is in pt-br (brazilian portuguese). The sound is sync with cutscenes, except when it hangs.
Please change language in English!!! Thanks for the info...

6GB RAM
Intel Integrated Graphics (=[)

Simple answer: I'd personally go for the PC as the PC components are built with performance in mind, rather than laptops, and in addition to that, Intel's Integrated Graphics chipsets are not suitable for intensive gaming.
Also, go for the 64-bit OS as 32-bit OSes don't recognize more than 4GB of RAM due to memory address limitations and so on.
Is there a fix to the cutscene crashing problem? The game works fine and in normal speed but cutscene chrashing in the only big problem now.
So is there any revision that can play this game nowdays with no crashes e issues with the sound?
Or it still remains the same as always?
If so, how to setup the emulator correctly for it?
Thanks.
Anyone can answer please?
Maybe wait for the Fifobusy branch to be merged into master and then retry. I think it'll be the same for now until the merge.
Thanks, skidau for the reply. I'll wait for the merge then.

it seems to run well under DX 11 but have those green lines been fixed ? and the end credits crash ? i had to go back to 3.0 just to get past those credits , last time i did a full playthro - the credits was with EmuCR 373 ( the standard one wouldn't play nice) that and i have a high end rig ( more or less ) .............
Well, i am playing on dolphin r6571 (i think there's a user's post about this version in this topic on page 2). The game works fine, with no crashes in cutscenes.
This version (r6571) can be found in the download area of the site.
