Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

i want to play pokemon colosseum, i have the rom now but when i open it on dolphin i get a gray screen and an error loading plugin then it says can't init plugin then it says could not init the core check your configuration. when i click on config it says tring to read from invalid sysconf and i have to click ok 7 times for my config to come up. when i go to plugins it only shows graphics and dsp with no plugins or options. when i was searching people said update your directx. right now im using directx 11 and these searches i find are years ago with 9 and i don't know how to update mine i checked the microsoft download site searched for directx11 but i couldnt find it

my dolphin is x86 SSE4.2 SVN revision 6746.7z

So where did you get this "ROM" from ?

Not really but he should know that the thing that he says "ROM" to is actually a ISO !

i have the game on disc its in my dvd drive but my computer wont recognise it and its badly scratched. i downloaded the file from the link you sent me it is now in my temp folder what now?

He didn't say he downloaded it he just downloaded the DX Runtime !

i thought it was ok if i already have the game i dont have a wii i use a gamecube it wont play cause the disc is scrated
