As far as I can see, you're the one who keeps flaming and/or trolling (I personally don't really know what's the difference)
He asked a noobish question, but everyone starts as noob, you don't have the right to call him baka or anything.
And just because he misinterpreted your "baka" for an insult instead of a joke, it doesn't mean you're officially authorized to flame or anything.

@nolonar : afaik, baka has multiple meanings; one being idiot which is just a more harsh way to say moron (and we all love being harsh ;P )
