Portuguese Brazilian Translation Update

-Strings updated to POT file version 3.0-879

Japanese translation file updated for 3.0-879.

New strings translated but still 97%.

Thanks to the translators that have submitted updates thus far. All of your updates have been committed to the translations-update branch. The discussion is to put the next release of dolphin-emu out by the 24th of December. That means that if you want your language included in the release you need to have your translations completed and submitted to me before then.

I wish my ko lang included this year...

Siegfried: I don't see why your translations should not be included. I recall that yours were not included last time. I don't know the reason why not though. I also recall that I told them that they should be included as yours are always kept up to date, and you seem to do a thourough job.

I will be merging the translations-update branch today. Last chance to get your translations in.
