DelayLine: I am not going to accept the Farsi translation unless a lot more work is done on it. First of all your files have improper headers. This is probably because you are not starting from the fa.po file in the repository as you should be doing. Although the main reason that I will not accept your translation is simply because it is less than 50% complete. Finish it.
And everyone, please always say what is the current completion of your translation when you submit it (unless it is 100%) .

The translation updates have been merged to the Master branch by Glennric. Further updates will have to wait untill the next merge.
DelayLine: I went ahead and included your work to this point on the Farsi translation, but please finish it for the next time.

I am not sure what to tell you. There have been a lot of problems with the translation to the languages that use wide characters. This seems to be a problem in wxWidgets itself.

What exactly is your question here?
Q2: that string was updated in the dolphin code, next time the POT file is updated these changes will be there for translation.
EDIT: I assume you wanted to know what those differences meant
