I suppose the first links will remain updated in relation to the updates of the attachment rights? I suppose updating them doesn't change the link... That will make the job for the devs easier.

Then I would be more comfortable on updating the file from my Google Site. It supports older revisions of the files, so in case I just need to roll back, I'd do it just because I can®.

Quick edit and full edit has different post if edit one of them.
And sometimes old post appear again.
