Updated first post!
Please everyone, try to get your translation to 100% as soon as possible if it's not yet, and please keep it updated, because the 3.0 release is not far by now and we need to keep the languages package as good as possible.
@Glennric
Thank you, Auto translations are simply not an option

I also like the decision of bringing the dolphin-emu.pot to the translations repository, as it uses the Translations repository rev number.
@Neobrain, FRtranslator and Glennric
Well my suggestion is that we cut off the translations that are not 100% and at the newest pot for the the release. This will make them totally compatible with the release itself. For example, Hindi translation was submitted a long time ago at 1% and was never updated, we should take it out of the release, is it possible to do that. This is a discussion for another time maybe, but I think that in cases like that, I think we should even take it off permanently, after a certain time without updates if it is not complete. Maybe we should also stop accepting non finished translations, what do you guys think?

Yeah, I'd like poll(s), that could help too. There are still some details but I think we can get it pretty enough to include it in the release. Now I'll work on the Portuguese BR Translation a bit
If there is anything language related or not to help, please let me know
EDIT: I did some changes to the guide in the first post, essentially telling new translators to get the dolphin-emu.pot by checking out dolphin, because that's the only way I know we can see the POT file rev number. If anyone knows an easier way, please tell me, I've been looking for one, but I cant find anything.
Take a look and see if it's easy to understand and to do, please

I tried to make it as noob-friendly as I could.
