AMD Athlon64 X2 6000+ @ 3.0GHz; 8600GTS 512MB @ 675MHz core; 1458MHz shader; 1008MHz memory

MKWII PAL60 using the x64 special build.

1x EFB Scale 91FPS
2x EFB Scale 66FPS
3x EFB Scale 38FPS

lol, whats up. This is the most bad bench in this thread.
I think this thread collected enough data so far. We got from the low end 8600 Gt 512mb, to the mid-range gtx 460, and finally the higher-end GPU like the HD 5870. Anything above a hd 5870 is an overkill for Dolphin, I assumed. Time to move on with a different test on a different game?

Don't worry. Starscream will beat you there when he posts his Tongue.

We need more cpu/gpu combos to analyze the affect of both on scaling of the other.

your cpu is not strong compared to the rest and your gpu is old
it was a good pc 2 year ago
LOL! The gtx 460 with the 4.2GHz Core i7 took the longest nose drive in the graph. It kind of make me sad... haha. Let's do a new test with another game!
I vote for NSMBW, since I have that game. Wink
We need something that's GPU and CPU intensive. Or something that will melt your entire system haha.
SMG or SMG2

Also I think a_link_to_the_past should make the call since he did start and organize this afterall....

Not surprising. Since it's the fastest cpu it should bottleneck the gpu the most.

we should just try how increase a oc gpu between nvidia and ati i think it can be interresting to see how does the two work oc and how many gain can oc gpu will affect

agree nice dude to have start it . one wanna do it and that never go no were since he ask to people what they wanna choose

Same test with x64 version
same nvidia driver version, same clocks
Q6600@3.2 260GTX 700/1410/1140

efb*1 172fps
efb*2 151 fps
efb*3 117 fps

What a big difference!
