is this good for dophin games ? can i play with 60 fps the games?
Not run any game... play only flash games on internet.
why i have now , gf 220 ,2gb ram, dualcore 2*2,6 and is not bad

your GT 220 is far too slow compared to your CPU... they will run smooth, but i guess not in full HD res.

Dual Core is the best atm , it's much cheaper .Dolphin not support quad core , your Phenom 6 core 2.8Ghz can't beat Phenom 2 core 3.0Ghz in dolphin
I7 has new technology,an I7 @ 3.0Ghz could beat Core 2 dou @ 4.0Ghz and Phenom @ 4.0Ghz
