I meant Dolphin, but that applies to any long time coding project like emulators, where no profit is involved..
The project is definitely interesting, however it has a long way to go before it can be used as a replacement for the HLE that dolphin uses to emulate the ARM chip ("starlet").

This is FAR less complete than the cpu emulators that dolphin already has.
