Any new gameconfig folder will do. Or you can just hunt down the ini file on the forums but its in the newer gameconfig folder. You don't need exactly 3412. Nosound97 I believe made the gameconfig ini and got it put into the gameconfig from close to 3412+.
@rene mauricio, in the 1st post it says that my video is HD, but it's not

Making HD videos would slow down speed for me.
Hey guys, i have an odd problem. My mouse as Wiimote will only go about halfway up the screen, making is immpossible to select "Career" mode or even hange the controller settings in game. I've tried all sorts of resolutions and WiiMote emulation settings to no avail. Using 3404 and/or 3402. Any help would be appreciated-
Which revision are you using? Try latest.
Using latest. Oddly, with older revisions (3299 for one) it doesn't happen, but the game runs slower. And, i may be crazy, but yesterday in 3202 it was fine as well. Maybe i changed a setting I shouldn't have? It's bloody frustratin, let me tell you- The cursor stops a micrometer away from the "career" select button.
EDIT: Tried some different mice- nothing. Tried mapping the mouse to my Xbox360 controller via Pinnacle- nada. It just stop about halfway up the screen no matter what. Moves fine on the bottom half. Strange . . .
Try running in windowed mode
Tried that and every resolution, aspect ratio, basically checked and unchecked everything in the gfx and wiimote settings and nothing has fixed it.
Thanks for trying, though-

With the game launched - Open up the Wiimote config (in the top menu bar) and play with the IR pointer settings. Try changing the top to a lower value. It will take some trial and error but you should be able to fix it.
Will try that when i get back from work and let you know. Thanks for the help-
