Hi silveruniverse, I don't think I need to install whole visual studio 2010. I installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 and Microsoft VC++ 2008 SP1 Redist. I don't know why Dolphin can't still load plugin.

try older version(s) to see if you got the same prob
