I have the plugin in the plugin folder but it won't show in the list. Only Opengl shows and opengl works fine but gets slow some time. How do I get the dx9 plugin to show in the list?

did you update your dx9?

Update your DirectX runtime.

I have dx11 installed since I am using Windows 7. Does this also include dx9? Do I have to install dx9 since I already have dx11? If I update my dx11 would it show it in the list?

You still have to update the runtimes. Install the latest DirectX update.
