Will I have to disable my hyperthreading (2600k) before I can get the full benefit of locking threads to cores?

No, you don't have to.
So I tried these out. Ok maybe im going crazy but im getting slower speeds than the offical build even though this allows me to turn off more. Any reasoning for this?

Just wanted to let you know Link, your builds and gamepad/emulated wiimote settings completely rock. They make playing the games so much easier, no more having to constantly retune settings in between dolphin builds. Everygame I have played works perfect or nearly so. Thank you for all the hard work!
