Hmm... yes, you're right, he isn't here anymore. As I see, his last post was in 2011. So, it's better to abandon this thread, as people complained above.

The patch has long been applied to master already, indirectly been reverted later and doesn't apply anymore now. Even if you have a clue what a freaking patch file is and how to use it, this one is useless for you.
