Isn't 3.7 supposed to be enough to run DKCR at 90-95%?

Just use the latest revision from the site. And set EFB copy to texture, efb scale to fractional and no antialiasing at all, or open cl for that matter. A 3,2 Core i7 can have 100% most of the time in that game, don't know about AMD though. Just a tip to anyone, there is a reason that AMD processors are cheaper than Intel implementations and that is not the goodness of their hearts, they just can't compete otherwise especially in the same clock speed.
Btw do you use windows x64? 32 bit builds have 10 - 20% lower speed and 64 bit builds can only be used in a 64 bit operating system.

Do it then, you will also be able to use all of your RAM memory that you can't right now (about 3 GByte out of 4 should be available to the operating system).

Quote:Dirext3D9 = blackscreen. Not only for this game, but for New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
Then you are doing something wrong. It works fine for me in both games.
Quote:Also...I loaded up GPU-Z and under Dolphin's load my Graphics card is about at 21%. Isn't it supposed to be at 100%
First of all your readings with gpu-z will be inaccurate. And second no it should not because then the gpu would be bottlenecking the cpu, which should not happen unless your graphics plugin settings are to high.

Have you updated your drivers, for the graphics card, etc? Windows x64 don't use the same drivers.
