At the moment you won't find any better CPU than what you already found (at least not for your budget).

If you're looking for a faster CPU, you need to plan for at least 2000€ or you just wait for Sandy Bridge (the new series of Intel i7 CPUs)

Alternatively you can check this out (better GPU): http://rog.asus.com/Product.aspx?PId=39
I won't comment on the design though...
The GPU won't make any difference for Dolphin, but if you like to play other games, why not?

Either that, or you wait a few more months or you buy a Desktop (which is not what you want)
PS: With "either that" I don't mean only the Asus, but any of the Notebooks you chose earlier.

Ok if I start to bother you sorry I'm just a beginner that is why , however, thank you for all your responses guys!
Nolonar, I am not richSmile I just want something not too expensive but still competes a little with dolphin, that's all ^ ^ (and yes I'm french so sorry for my bad english)

It's just that you want some sort of guarantee or definitive answer that doesn't exist. Games vary greatly, and even most games have slowdown points, and different Dolphin versions nevermind the myriad of settings can affect performance greatly.

What you want to get is the best you can do unless you spend an inordinate amount of money or buy a desktop. It should do well enough. You can go for an i7 but that would not improve Dolphin performance vs an i5 (the extra cores won't help you) and it will almost definitely be clocked slower, and don't expect Turbo Boost to work well, so your i5 is your best bet.
Ok thank you guys, I'll choose the best I find and do not exceed my budget.
Heu sorry you said that the i5 is better than the i7 if it has be clocker higher, but if I found 2 laptops with the same specs but one has i5 and the other has i7, AND they are clocked at the SAME frequency, witch is better ? ( I mean JUST for dolphin, if they have the same performence in dolphin so I will choose the i5 ) And thanks !
Just a question : When a cpu mobile dual core like the i7 720QM witch has 1.6Ghz stock and 2.8 GHz with Turbo Boost, with witch frenquency it will run with dolphin ? And Thanks !

Huh
Somewhere in between those two. Think of them as a minimum and maximum. It will probably run at around 2.2-2.4GHz if you use lock threads to cores.
Ok THANK YOU A LOT FOR ALL YOUR REPLIES YOU AND THE OTHER MEMBERS Smile Smile !
