Just attached a GameCube controller to my PC with a Joybox 13 connected to a USB port.
Am using Dolphin rev R6561. Windows 7 32-bit
When going into the GCPad settings, for the Main and C-Stick there is a 'Modifier' config button - what's that for?
Secondly, my C-Stick (the yellow control stick) doesn't seem to respond to up/down (left/right is okay) either via Dolphin or via the Windows 7 control panel config. The main stick is fine, as are all the buttons. It's just the C-Stick seems to be stuck permanently down (according to the settings) BUT pressing the right shoulder button moves it up!
How can I get the C-Stick to move up/down via the control panel settings (and hence in Dolphin)?
Is this a known issue with the Joybox 13?
Thanks
Did you try to calibrate your controller via "Control Panel" -> "Devices and Printers" -> [Your controller name] -> Right-click -> "Game controller settings" -> Properties -> Settings -> Calibrate ?
To me it looks like Joybox has a faulty configuration. The shoulder button is represented by the Z Axis (Z+ for left and Z- for right), the left stick is represented by the X Axis and Y Axis, the right stick is called X Rotation and Y Rotation.
It seems like your Joybox mistakes the Z Axis for the Y Rotation (hence the problem you just described)
Yes, tried to recalibrate a few times and no problems with the main stick, just the C-Stick.
YellowWii, show a screenshot of your GCPad config window, it sounds like you have configured it poorly.
Yes thanks, that's the one that I've been using.
I've kind of found a workaround - set the controller to Digital Mode and map the C-Stick up/down/left/right that way. It's not perfect though and I can't figure out why the c-Stick won't work correctly in analog mode.
BTW, that's all done via the windows 7 control panel.

I was just having the same problem and found this site to hopefully find an answer. But after not finding the solution I needed I kept playing around and figured it out for myself.
In dolphin GCPad configuration right click on the c-stick buttons to open up the configure control manually option. Set up the following. For Up select Axis ZR- For Down select Axis Zr+ For Left Select Axis Z- and for Right select Z+. Once you have those all in you will be able to see the C-Stick box light up red and move in response to you moving the controllers c-stick.
This should now work just fine for your game. Have fun playing

Thanks for that, I'll give it a shot.

Hmm, it might be a driver issue so why don't you try out the 32-bit or 64-bit build and see if that helps.
