Hello,
The latest builds have an issue.
When the game is lauched (Open Gl plugin) the FPS is stuck at 30 and is very slow. Please help!
After opening the graphics settings window while the game is running, fixes the FPS to 60 which is correct.
The older buids did not have this issue. The issue is with new builds.
Settings for graphics are
Open GL :
Enabled settings are:
Aspect ratio: auto
Load native mipmaps
Efb scaled copy
Enable cpu access
EFB copy (to texture)

Note: FPS improves on it's own after simply opening and closing the "Graphics Settings" window without changing the settings.
This has to be done everytime a game is started.
Build used is : R 6569

Right click the game in the iso list, properties and tick enable efb to texture. It is not an issue with the emulator, the game has graphical glitches otherwise so it is enforced, if you want speed you just change it and bare with the glitches.
