Just put all five files together. There's nothing to extract. It's just an iso split into five files.
Thanks for all your help but unfortunatly i dont have a USB HDD and in reply to moose hunter when i join them it sas not a valid GC/Wii ISOin Dolphin
WTF How did you dump with CleanRip then ?

EDIT: Just use a SD-Card for the apps !
I used once an app called superdumper and dumped it to the SD card. Then I put the parts togheter with hjsplit. Then I renamed the file .iso. If Dolphin says the iso is invalid, then it is invalid, make sure you don't set the dumper to dump in some other format, like .wbfs

Thanks, ill try that!
Well you could also dump over wi-fi or to an SD card providing it was big enough. The image wouldn't be split dumping over wi-fi, but it would take a bit longer.
Do what I do - make a small FAT32 partition for the CleanRip app, and then make the rest of the disk an NTFS partition.

NOTE: I recommend using a dedicated SD card for all other Wii stuff, including official and homebrew games/apps.
Thanks for all your help guys i have got it to work by joining them in CMD. Big Grin
