Use Fraps. The files will be huge though and you need to compress them afterwards using another program.
im new on Dolphin..what Fraps u r talking about,,?
u seems have FPS 45 almost..so slow...i think u r running the game on Direct9 right?
i did too and it was the same ..but when i tried it on Directx 11
IT WAS AMAZING FULL 100% FPS 55-61

You will lose 10-30 FPS and maybe more (depend on how good your pc is) when recording with Fraps
For Example : Yu-Gi-Oh 5d's Master of the card run 200 FPS on my PC but record only 90-100 FPS
I dont know if it fits in here but ill post it anyway.

This is me playing House of the Dead Overkill on Dolphin 32bit.
I use an self-made Lightgun i made out of an Airsoft Gun, an Eyetoy Cam, an old Mouse, some wire and a TV Remote Controll.

I know it would work with wiimote, but I thaught now that i have that gun i could try it with dolphin.

Here's the vid:

Ofc I hit nothing because I hold the cam and cant aim like that. Chrosshair is off ^^
lolbumping

Also added SSBM to the first post !
I made that one to compare to Resident Evil 2 for Pony Slaystation 1. It's the same story and police department so nostalgia if you played RE2. If you browse YT for "resident evil 2 part 2" or smth like that you will see how it is the same.

Sound and gfx lagg because hd video recording did not improve emulation performance at all =)
