There's at least 3 people asking whether their laptop can run Dolphin each day on these forums, how could you've possibly missed that?
Also, I wonder who of us two is taking things too seriously...
"Peace" xD
Bottom line: The emulator is a work in progress, don't expect too much.
Dont know if someone reads this...

My specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T @ 3,8GHz
RAM: 8GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 @ 1333GHz
GPU: nVIDIA GeForce GTX 480 @ 830/2000MHz
Sound: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Fatal1ty Pro
MB: ASUS Crosshair Formula IV
HDD: 2x Samsung Spinpoint 1TB, 64MB Cache @ 7200rpm
OS: Win7 Ultimate x64
Drivers: All up-to-date
Updates: Checked daily & installed as soon as possible

I also expect heavy stuttering, when new areas, effects or sound are loading.
This is pretty annoying because i mostly happens in situations where fast gameplay is needed. My speed is almost everytime about 60FPS/60VPS but it the stuttering makes some games unplayable.

Dolphin: Always newest x64 Build
GPU Plugin: DirectX 9
DSP Plugin: DSP-HLE
Core: Jit or JitIL (doesnt matter)

I tried all possible combination of settings but theres no way to fix it.
I think it shouldnt be the computers fault or do i think wrong at this point ?

Hope you understand my problems because i dont speak much english. My usual language is german so answers in both languages are welcome Big Grin

Also i dont want to say something bad about dolphin and its creators. Its real great work but this one issues is really shi**

Thanks in advice

Generating shaders stutters, but they are cached and won't need to be regenerated the next time, so the stutter could decrease after you've played the game some. However other things might perhaps also create stutter
It seem that the shaders doesnt get cached for me because it happens over and over again. And on some games like Metroid Other M it gets heavier over the time

*edit*

When it stutters the sound also lags for about 1-5secs. Plugin DSP-HLE (Audio Throttle on, Frontend DSound, 48,000Hz)
As I've mentioned before somewhere in these forums stuttering can be caused by the jit cache, shader cache, audio emulation/backend latency, or the fifo. You must identify the cause before it can be fixed. If you have the time try and see if you can track down the stuttering to a particular revision.
Audio Backend is Dsound but i happens on the others aswell, how can i try jit or shader cache ?
use Xaudio on windows vista/7

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T @ 3,8GHz <<<<<<<<<<<< Phenom's are weak for single and dual core optimised applications.
Been meaning to ask this for awhile, but is it recommended to use xaudio instead of dsound? I think I've used it before but i didn't notice a difference.
