Why don't add this option into single game setting?

I have Klonoa NTSC and if i don't deactivate it in general option the game won't start.

So when i want to play Klonoa i must deactivate it, when i have finished i activate again because it needs for other games.

So it's useful to add it into ingame settings.

Bye.

I've two Wiis:

One USA and one EUR.

So i've games from this 2 regions.

I think that this option don't cost at all to implement.
