the doubling in ToS is not a bug, its an intended effect that unfortunately appears increasingly apparent due to the high res / deinterlaced display of the pc.
what it simulates is the de-fraction caused by hot air warping light.

Intended or not, it sucks

only if you can't relish in the accurate graphics.

Then I'd have to play in the Wii'S native res...that sucks, too

Just a quick question: I can't seem to get earlier Dolphin rev's with this hack implemeted to work (such as the ones suggested in this thread). In the newer rev's that I've tried the hack is missing. A similar effect, though, can be achieved by using the "Sonic and the Black Knight" projection hack. I'll post the settings for that one below. Are they the same as the ones for this hack? If they aren't, could you achieve the desired results by setting the hack parameters yourself (using a custom set of values in the projection hack settings window) or is there actually more to the hack than what can be applied by just doing that? My concern with the Sonic hack is that there are some smaller graphical glitches and that's why I'm asking. Maybe my understanding of how these things work is naïve, but anyway - I thought I'd ask.
The parameters for the above mentioned hack:
PH_SZNear = 1
PH_SZFar = 1
PH_ExtraParam = 0
PH_ZNear = 20
PH_ZFar = 1.99998
