Core 2 duo 2.8Ghz maybe get close to fullspeed, 2.2Ghz ...not a chance
Core I5 460M (laptop) 2.53 turbo boost to 2.8Ghz would do the same as long as it have a good video card (not Intel HD,Ati 5470 and Nvidia 320M are enough)

Is that spec able to play with this dolphin?
If it can, I need some help to set it up please Smile
I believe I can play with full speed, because I played PS2 using emulator too and it always in full speed

the reason my dolphin used to go so slow is cuz u have to be chargin while u play or it slows the shit outta it try that

To get full speed on your system the tips is given below:

-Click Start-->Run-->type "gpedit.msc" without the "
-Local Computer Policy-->Computer Configuration-->Administrative Templates-->Network-->QOS Packet Scheduler-->Limit Reservable Bandwidth
-Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth. It will say it is not configured, but the truth is under the 'Explain' tab :
