Use a recent svn build of Dolphin. You can get one from: http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html
Disable CPU EFB access.
Enable "MMU speed hack" in the game properties.

Use the D3D9 graphics plugin.
Set EFB Copy to texture in the graphics config.
