The problem is that I should be able to play 30 fps games at 30 stable but because of audio throttle that instead of limiting it correctly at 30 fps, limit game to 25, I've to lose sound effects to play it in the right way!

Like 5 people already explained why the game is running at 25fps...
Yes I understand the reason of this! I'm only asking why if my system is able to play this game at 30 fps, it goes only at 25 WITH audio throttle! As I said before disabling it and limiting with framelimiter I lose some audio effects, but I was trying to understand if it's audio throttle that wrong limiting it to 25 fps or it's normal! However I notice that speed is not right, that 5 frames make them feel!
This issue is present and unrelated to the game/s themselves. I've played Super Mario Galaxy, for example, and using the OpenGL plugin has the fps drop from an initial 60 down to 30-40fps...but 30fps average most of the time. This occurs regardless of OpenGL plugin settings.
But using the DirectX11 plugin, it's floating at 60fps at all times.
But concerning Epic Mickey, the symptoms you've mentioned are present regardless of which video plugin you use. Another reason why I don't think it's related to the game itself is due to the fact that my brother is playing it on an actual Wii and it does not do this.

Finally! Thanks r2rX, I was exactly trying to understand if it was a problem of the game or a problem related to audio throttle in this case or maybe gfx plugin, anyway I've to ask you, what are your settings for playing smg at 60 fps???O.o and waht are your pc specs? Because for me dx9 is faster than dx11 although I've a q9550 at 4ghz and a 5870!! I've 51 fps on dx9 and about 38-40 on dx11!!

Epix Mickey isn't even out yet so how can you guys be playing it

Well, my PC specs are:
-Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 3.6Ghz
-Gigabyte EP45-UD3R motherboard
-2x2GB DDR2 G.Skill PC-6400 (@ 850Mhz) RAM (4-4-4-11)
-MSI GTX 480 1536 MB GDDR 5 (850/1700/8000) w/ Forceware 263.09
-Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) + Ubuntu 10.10 (x64)
The settings are attached. Oh, and those apply to OpenGL as well. DirectX11 doesn't support EFB Copy -> RAM just yet, but i've noticed that all games run ALOT smoother (and full speed most of the time) with the EFB Copy set to 'Texture'. Honestly, the only game that really needs EFB -> RAM (for full effects) that i've found, is GoldenEye 007.
Oh, and lastly, I disable the frame limiter of Dolphin and just have the audio plugin sync the games speeds.
Hope it helps.

sooo... is it playable or not.

Yeah, it is playable. It'll slow down 'slightly' on some areas, but for the most part it's very playable.

With your settings I've 37 fps!

My specs:
-Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 4Ghz
-P5q Pro Turbo
-2x2GB DDR2 A-data 900 mhz
-Ati 5870 1gb GDDR5 (1000/1290/
-Windows 7 Ultimate (x64)
The only thing is gtx 480, surely like for pc games, in dx11 ati are a lot slower than nvidia!

I will buy a gtx580!

Just kidding I've no money for that now!XD
