Hey guys I've a little problem! In disney epic mickey and some other games like Dragonball Z BT3 I got only max 25 frames stable and that 5 frames are very very annoying, If I disable v-sync, audio throttle and frame limiter in in-game gameplay I got about 35 frames, with a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 50-60!! So what can be the options that limit my fps to 25 and not to 30 as it should be???

Do u have a good pc? You may need an impossibly good pc,to run some games.I say that 25 fps is a good speed.
if you enable *only* audio throttle, or *only* auto framelimiting, you should see the correct framerate. Likely this game just runs at 25fps.
However you can disable audio throttle and set a specific framerate for the framelimiter (ie 30), and then the game will be limited at 30fps instead, if you really want...
Use fps for limiting, set it to 30, and turn off audio throttle and v-sync.
Use PAL60 mode (to run in native 30FPS)
Yes I think my pc is good:

intel q9550 4ghz
Ati hd 5870
ram 1000 mhz

So it should be ok and as I said without any limitations it runs at about 40fps and more! I always use Pal60 mode! However disabling audio throttle I lose some audio effect! Audio throttle should limit it correctly anyway disabling it it's ok but i lose in sounds!Sad
Oh I though it was the other way around, if you want the limit to be 25 then disable PAL60 mode.

Anyway, if the frame limiter doesn't the job done, it's simply imperfect. Not sure about audio throttle, it has had issues before, but in theory it will limit the game to what the limit should really be.
Usually games were made to run either at 60 fps or half of it which is 30 fps. Similar in pal regions were made to run in 50fps or half of that number which is 25 fps. The developers used to drop half the frames if the system couldn't handle the upper limit.
How did you get Epic Mickey to work? What revision are you using?

I tried loading it, but get a black-screen with the some dolphin stuff in the top left corner.
TNFS, use JITIL to fix the black screen.
