You can't just put them in your PC and start ripping.
You need a softmodded-Wii with Homebrew-Channel.

Whatever, just don't TALK about downloaded games here; that's all the forum asks for. If you do download them or buy them...Santa knows and will take care of things Wink
Anyway, if you have a zip or rar or whatever archive consisting of several files, you just need to open the first one with WinRAR (or 7z or whatever) and extract. It'll fuse the file automatically.
