Weird, you mean ingame? Sonic Colors is capped at 30FPS ingame and 60FPS in menu, 15 FPS should equal 50% ingame and 25% in menus, but you should be getting way better performance than me, are you using dolphin x64 or x86?

is anyone gonna help me with my problem on page 23?

DX11 has more glitches than DX9 now.
DX9 with twilight princess projection hack and integral efb scale doesn't seem to show up glitches.
EFB to cpu access disabled for this game gives a significant speed boost while i didn't notice any issues. Can anyone else confirm this?
Finally does anyone experience crashes anywhere using the latest rev in this game, even using pink spikes?
Btw, efb to cpu would be great as a per game ini configuration, since few games seems to need it and it gives serious slowdowns in many other cases. Are there any plans of implementing it? There were some old issues reports about it but it doesn't seem that anyone bothered implementing it as an option.
The black screen issue as been fix as of build 6565/6564.

Hello Every one. I have the answers to Every one who Had black Screen problems in the NTSC Version of Sonic Colors.
Q: The Game doesn't show any thing after the SEGA Logo How can i fix this?
A: Go to the Wii tab in Configuration, Then Un-check 'Eurgb60 (Pal60)'. The game should Work Except that the Brightness is a little dark but you should be able to 100% see every thing clearly.
That happens if you have the NTSC (Europe) Version of Sonic Colours for some reasons. but other than the Dark brightness , the game works perfectly In every way Except that the frame rate will depend on your Processor type and speed

Generally speaking:
1) Use the DX9 video plugin
2) Set EFB Scale to 1x, not to Fractional or other settings (You didn't list your video card)
3) Enable EFB Copy to Texture, not Ram
4) Turn off Anti-Aliasing
5) Turn off Native Mips and Pixel Lighting
6) Turn Frame Limit to off
7) Turn CPU EFB Access off
8) Try r6000
Other than that, nothing. Your CPU is weak.

Well either way, I have sonic Colours and the game hangs (its not even a black screen) when I use the PAL Mode in my Old Computer (Without the PAL mode, the game works fine but with Low brightness but still you can see it).
in My New computer how ever it runs without the need of disabling Pal mode and without Low brightness.
I guess it has some thing to do with the CPU..
Either way, this a good thing for me since i am not using my new computer.

I found thanks to an earlier post that if you go to the DSP config menu and start enabling and disabling "Enable HLE Audio" while the game is in the SEGA intro it'll get past that intro. This works in both the NTSC and PAL60 versions
