I'm amazed your getting a framerate that high with that system. You MIGHT get a small speedup from getting a better video card. Usually a decent video card is only needed if you are running at higher resolutions, higher internal resolutions, using SSAA, or using per-pixel lighting.

Can you name on that would be appropriate and better than the one I have. Can I use 2, Mix it up abit.
I might get a new htpc just to run it, will this be ok

Build a desktop with decent specs if you can. Best way to get the specs needed for dolphin. I don't think you fully understand just how powerful the cpu and gpu need to be for dolphin to achieve decent performance with many games.
