Well...
I'm having a problem with the LLE sound. Can you help me?
The sound is...I'ts completely GARBAGE!!!
It's flickering!!!It's hanging in a certain rythm when the FPS is lower than the normal speed! Why?
NOTE:It's happening only with FPS's lower than 60,and my files have a correct hash!!!Dolphin isn't saying that it has incorrect hash!!!
(LOL,the administrators burned out my avatar, all right,I understood.)
LLE is cycle accurate and properly synced with the CPU/Video threads. Unlike HLE, with LLE the audio thread is not run ahead of the CPU/Video threads. It's not garbage, that's the intended function and is working properly just like the actual hardware, so there is no desync issues like there is with the HLE plugin. Those brief pauses won't be an issue as long as the game is running full speed. As for the crackling, popping and static, those issues will be solved in time.
Might as well get used to it, while LLE performance may improve there will be other factors that will contribute to poor performance on weaker systems. LLE will eventually replace HLE as soon as it's fast enough given it's accuracy and higher compatibility than HLE. Don't count on the current issues with the HLE plugin ever being fixed as LLE is what is being focused on now, so as I said you will have to get used to it or build a better system capable of running games at full speed. Dealing with the sound issues that the HLE plugin exhibits is also an option, but I'd rather deal with brief pauses than the music cutting out completely and other issues the HLE plugin exhibits.
Well...
I really have to do an update...Or buy a Wii and get free of all these problems...
But...
What processor and GPU do you recommend?(That can be good, but not soooo expensive.)
How much money do you have?
What socket is your mobo using? Does it support core 2 duo/quad cpus?
Is it a brand name system without a power supply upgrade?
Come on man, we need more info. than that.
You should get the best performance from LLE if you use both JIT + DSPLLE on thread. This would require at least a 3 core processor to work best.
If you have a 2 core cpu you will want to either disable dual core mode, or disable DSPLLE on thread. I suspect it would run best with single core mode + LLE on thread but I haven't ever tried this.
If you don't have at least a 2 core cpu then DSPLLE isn't a good idea.

I'm using LLE for PunchOut!! and it seems to work great for the most part. However even though the framerate is not steady during fights the gameplay stays consistently smooth. The problem is that sometimes the game runs TOO fast. Even during heavy action when the framerate drops the speed of the game is too fast (it's really easy to tell listening to the music and watching the in game timer, it goes all fast like an old Benny Hill chase scene). So is there any way to put a cap on gamespeed at 100%? You can see right in Dolphin that that game speed will take off to like 110% or more occassionally and it makes it really hard to play.
Also, is it OK to enable Lock threads to cores and DSPLLE on thread at the same time? I've tried it out and it doesnt seem to produce any bad side effects, although maybe thats whats making the game run too fast. i7, 6gig ram, 5870, win64.
Hey Mylek, any chance of the remaining issues with crackling, static, popping, garbage noise etc.. being fixed with LLE even if a hack? Other than that LLE is quite nice except for the occasional slowdowns so I hope these can be solved.
While LLE on thread may improve performance somewhat, the gain is not that noticeable, it causes desync issues and Zelda Ucode games to hang so I wouldn't exactly recommend it right now.

Is wiimote's speaker is supported in the pre-patched LLE, you posted above, also I'm having crackling, garbage sound in FATAL FRAME 4, however game is running @ fullspeed
How is HLE development coming on at the moment? Anyone actively trying to increase speeds?
