Volume is fine here.
Never noticed any channels being reversed here, not even sure what that sounds like but sound is fine on my end.
Mylek's Xenoblade hack for HLE is unrelated to the patch for LLE or NSMB, that only affects Xenoblade and maybe other unreported games, included it since it's supposed to fix an issue without any known side effects as of yet.

The difference is huge: HLE at 100% volume sounds twice as loud as LLE at 100% volume.

Try the Koopa Shell Test: Grab a green/red koopa shell and throw it at a wall (use headphones)

That must be your volume setting or system. There is going to be slight volume differences though, HLE has volume issues/bugs and other shit wrong with it so LLE is outputting volume more correctly than HLE. It's still loud enough and audible to me so I would check everything on your end. HLE is just overly loud, that's just because of volume related bugs, more noticeable with Zelda Ucode games though as the volume code for that is very buggy.
Sigh, getting tired and pushed the edit button instead of quote. Fixed my response into a new reply now.
Reversed channels means that the stereo is inverted - left audio is coming out of the right speaker and right audio coming out of the left. That's a known and existing issue.
Volume is also an issue in HLE.
CAN WE FIX IT!!!
no, but skid can

There's still a slight crackling and other minor noise in some instances with the LLE plugin as already mentioned, however it's better than before now and more bearable.
so anyone using this over hle yet?
I am. It's still a bit slower but I can deal with it as the sound is much better than HLE in most cases.

are you running lle in dedicated thread or no?
No, that causes hangs with Zelda Ucode games and doesn't offer much better performance than LLE with the JIT recompiler enabled.
