I'm completely new to Dolphin and patches so excuse me if I'm not making any sense here.
Is there a version of this hack for any of the new builds? I tried this on Dolphin r6748 build but it made no difference. I downloaded the edited Plugin_DSP_LLE.dll file which was posted on the first page since I have no clue what to do with the patch files themselves. I'm playing Xenoblade and the annoying noise issue I keep having with HLE is really ruining the experience.
Mylek, can the masked match multi (special) patch be used with latest revisions? If so, it would obviously need to be updated yet again. Something in that patch fixed audio issues with LLE such as static, crackling, popping, garbage noise and corrected some incorrect sfx. Considered incorporating whatever fixed that into the latest svn code instead of updating the patches every time the LLE plugin is changed?
RE DSlayer:
The important speedups are more or less part of the SVN already. LLE has changed a lot and most the patches/stuff here won't work in recent builds. I do have a hack I made that eliminates the noise for xenoblade in HLE if you are interested. I posted a patch thread for it so other people can find it:

RE Xtreme:
I suspect the changes you are looking for come from the mul shift hack only. The differences between the special code and the current masked math are very minor now and amount to a few extra lines of code in the add/sub that deal with conditions that probably don't happen.
This should be a working version of the mul shift hack that only affects JIT. Looking at it now I think I missed one shift in the last jit shift hack patch I posted so this might give you better results. I do get the feeling that it eliminates some of the crackling at the expense of making certain sounds quieter but I'm not entirely sure.
Hmm, cause I'm a bit certain that the improvements I was referring to came from the masked math multi (special) patch. That as far as I know caused the improvement in audio for NSMB.

After trying the patch i can say that it eliminates static noise in most occasions. The only occasion some static noise occurred here was in Twilight Princess when i entered the village at the beginning of the game riding Epona. ToS , SSX3 and NSMB seemed fine here.
Fixed audio in NSMB, thanks. It appears this is what fixed it after all.
Interresting patch, maybe changing the SHL to SAL fixes the problem?

Is there a compiled build of this r6801M that I can download?
* Mylek's patch removes the noise/static in NSMB Wii (awesome!), but it also greatly reduces the overall sound volume (bad!).
* LLE is surprisingly fast in this build
* Still no fix for the LLE reverse stereo bug.
