I can't seem to find a good emulator to run monster hunter 3 above 30 fps!

System spec's
Processor - AMD phenom x4 b50 @ 3 cores stock 3.2 Ghz
ram - 4 Gbs at 800 Mhz
Gfx - 3870 x2
psu - 650W Xfx xXx 52 amps
