ddr2 or ddr3

my ddr2 is 5 5 5 15 1066 ddr3 8 8 8 24 1600

which is better high clock memorie or low latency

thx for reply and if it possible just explain me why thx before
Neither higher frequency or lower latency is better than the other. They both benefit you but in different ways. With random read/write it's better to have low latency while with sequential read/write it's better to have high frequency. However if you wrote out the whole latency you'de realize that ddr3 1600 ram is actually better for both. 5-5-5-15 2T vs. 8-8-8-24 1T. The first is actually higher. So ddr3 1600 ram is faster than ddr2 1066, if you have to choice between the two fro the same price go for the ddr3 ram.
