I downloaded Dolphin 2.0 64 bit version and I'm playing Viewtiful Joe. It runs at 31 FPS, 60 VPS and 100% speed during game play. It's not bad but a little faster and it would be great. Any tips to run this emulator faster?

My specs are:

Dell Inspiron 1545
Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU P7450 @2.13GHz
4.00GB RAM
64-bit operating system
Windows Vista

You didn't list your graphics card, but it would likely not be great. Also, your CPU is pretty slow, so you can't expect too much more perfomance.

yeah he or she didnt list his graphics card means that he or she is using onboard graphics
