I think I found a little ( but frustrating ) issue in SSBB !
The games works like a charm , but when there are multiple battles ( like you VS FOX TEAM , or you VS IKE TEAM )it have a HUGE frames fall ! it normally works at 50FPS , but in this case it drop to 8-9FPS !!!

Which stage because some stages like Delfino plaza have a small amount of lag even when there is only 2 characters fighting and do you normally have 4 player games at full speed. Is this in Classic mode if it is have you tried disabling CPU to EFB access if that still doesn't work then update your rev because around 6288 there where some speed regressions that where fixed at 6308.

I'm using rev 6298M ... I'll try to disable CPU to EFB , and i will post here any difference

NO i dont help I have desable CPU to EFB acces , but this time ( single mode , stage4 , LUCAS team ) when I smashed 1st LUCAS the game slow down from 51 fps to 8 fps

Now I will try with latest dolphin rev

Hwy manu was right ! with rev 6316 the game dont have this issue !!!!!

No problem now enjoy full speed Brawl once more
