i was trying to say you trying to play local multiplayer or on dolphin netplay feature?

if you was playing on netplay there will be always be problems until the devs fix but
but if you was playing local multiplayer than is your computer performance.

I'm assming you're not using a real wiimote and nunchuck (or else shake them), so you need to use the emulated shaking, bind it to buttons on your keyboard/pad in the wiimote configuration

That's old. After at least 6150~ or so revision (maybe even earlier, that's the oldest general rev I keep and the bug isn't there), that bug has been fixed automatically.

But yes it's unplayable with that annoying sound,
just go to http://www.dolphin-emu.org and get a newer version of dolphin

I have the same problem.. all the versions i tried had the same issue.. and it is too bad because the game runs very smooth to me.. expect that laggy sound
