No, the game was not out when the thread was posted, and still isn't.
It will release in 1-2 days in eu/australia and in about a week in the US & japan, this is a fact.

If you are "playing the game" you pirated it plain and simple. Even australian retailers are not pre-selling the game yet (the area which is getting the game first)

No they are not. They are just accepting pre-orders and shipping the game on 16th of November.

On a more serious note, lighten up a little. No one in here's discussing anything illegal, and a witch hunt on a site frequented by at least 90% pirates is hardly going to help the community in any way.

If it's already on sale somewhere, it's totally fine for people who managed to get it early there to discuss the game.

EDIT: That's a good site for game releases, I've been using it for 2 years and it was never wrong. Also, it says the information source, it's good to check this kind of thing...
