LOL, no wonder it's slow for you, you have anti-aliasing at x9! That's the total performance killer. Also I don't think you need EFB to RAM for this game, so try setting it to "EFB to Texture", that's faster.
For better image quality without as bad a performance hit as with SSAA x9, put SSAA to none, and rather enable EFB scaled Copy and raise your fullscreen resolution to the native res of your monitor.
hm, I just tried the game (after a while; I don't wanna play it with that aweful bloom all over the screen, which is still there unfortunately) and it works fine for me (except for the bloom and the character getting black when leaving the village) with pretty much default settings; just be sure you enable the MMU Speed Hack in the game properties. I even run the game at fullspeed.
Which build is best for playing monster hunter tri ? (without blackscreen occasional crashes and low framerate when multiple bosses are in the screen)
I am currently using 5192 but couldn't manage to run it on latest builds.
use the latest revision of dolphin
and use the setting that ( The Lost One ) posted in page 2
but without the anti-aliasing at x9.

Ahh thanks, I didn't even notice it was set to x9 or why I even had it to x9.
Oh and.... so there's no way to get rid of the bloom?
i believe there a cheat code that disable the bloom effect in the game

Bloom Offset Manual FIX
04057154 C3E2FFE8
040571D0 C022FFEC
0479DA88 [color=#1E90FF]3F830000[/color]
0479DA8C [color=#9400D3]3F830000[/color]
Note: This code does not modify the whole Bloom effect.
Instructions on how to modify the offsets yourself:
1.) The default value is 3F800000.
2.) [color=#1E90FF]3F830000[/color] this is what you need to edit if you want to fix the offset vertically.
3.) [color=#9400D3]3F830000[/color] this is what you need to edit if you want to fix the offset horizontally.
and turn off bloom cheat code:
Bloom OFF
04056FF4 C022FFE4
0479DA84 3F800000
Found it, I have no idea how it works though.
@ Otrivine: You have to enable MMU Speed Hack in the game properties (right-click the game in the Dolphin game browser)

It is enabled. I am using 6436 and still getting blackscreen. Could there be another reason then the correct config for blackscreen ?

Well I couldn't get it to get past the Black Screen on any of the Spellforce builds, yet I could easily on 6423 just from enabling the MMU speedhack.
Idk maybe try running as admin if you're on W7? No idea. :\
I know I'd really like to get it working on one of the Spellforce builds so I could play without the damn Bloom.
