I am fairly new to the Wii emu scene and have not quite figured it out yet. I have, from what I understand, a computer that should be more than capable of running at least SOME of the games at the proper speed.

I have a core 2 quad q6600 at 3.2 ghz, 4 gb of ram, and a radeon 5770.

Now the only reason I am even posting in here is because I am sure that something is wrong software wise. It doesn't matter what resolution I run the emu at, it always runs slow. I can run NSMB on 1080p with all settings maxed out or at 640x480 with nothing on and it still runs just as slow.

I have tried 2 different builds of dolphin, the original release and r6274. I have tried using the directx 9 plugin. I am kinda at a loss at the moment. Any suggestions?
Use the EFB Copy to texture option in the graphics settings.
