What am i suppose to do if it says :

That's your operating system, not your CPU. :p
Press: Windows Key + Pause/Break on your keyboard.
You should get a computer properties window.
Take a screenshot or type the information and post it here.

As far as I know, no Athlon XP processors have SSE2 support, which is required by Dolphin.
You will not be able to use Dolphin.
Even if it would run on your computer it would be quite slow.
