How do you extract a .bin file if WinZip/WinRar wont open it?
a .bin file can't be extracted like a typical .RAR, ZIP, etc file. It represents a disc image. You can use a program like Daemon Tools to create a virtual drive and mount the .bin file to it and see the contents of the image.

Yes, once you get to the point where you can read the disc image, then you can copy it to wherever you like.
