In my first post, I used the version 3.0.0ubunt (from PPP) so I think the results will be similar. If you insist, I can do testing on a specific revision.
I also doubt glakkeclock

Do you know a tool to monitor our graphics card under Linux? I do not think the rendering is software (GPU takes a few degrees when running Xenoblade) but I'm going to make sure of.

That's not what you said in your post:
Quote:Dolphin version used is 3.0-201 (installed from the ubuntu PPA)
3.0-201 is not 3.0. 3.0-201 is 201 revisions after 3.0 was released.

You're not using software rendered. If you were you wouldn't be able to get even 1 fps. Don't worry about gpu usage, your gpu is good enough I can assure you of that.

In this first post, I changed the version in the meantime
I am ashamed of what I have to tell you: the backend, which uses the graphics acceleration, of my mediacenter was crashed during my tests (This is the first time in 2 years). After reboot, my emulation speed (with the default configuration) is near 100%...
It is possible to edit my previous posts to indicate that the results are biased?
FYI, I used the ATI drivers to measure GPU usage : 0% (most of the time) and peaks of 30%.
Code:
aticonfig --adapter=0 --od-getclocks
sorry to have bothered to so few.

Just click the edit button on the bottom right of your post.
Ya, new users can't edit their posts because that action was misused too much.
Re

This time, I have exciting news!
My SPEED value is 100% only if I run Dolphin-emu with super-user rights. Amazing, no?
I retrieved the standard output (attached) but I do not see anything significant.
Sorry, we had to confirm sending the attachment.
Shame on me - Part 2
I found why there was a difference with or without privileges... root dolphin.ini config file using the ALSA audio engine and other users PulseAudio.
I checked using the PulseAudio audio engine for root and I observed the same decrease in performance.
