Not sure if it's a bug, but the Gamecube version for me is mirrored compared to playing the Wii, what I mean is, say the exit to hyrule field is on the right side of a town, in the Wii version, it's on the left. It's like the entire game is flipped on the x or y axis.

It's not a bug.
Since most people are right-handed, Nintendo made Link right-handed (he always was left-handed) in the Wii version of Twilight Princess to give it a more 'natural' feel when using the Wii Remote. They also 'mirrored' everything in the game.

Tbh, older wiimote plugin worked better for me, i could use joypad and mouse together, which i cant with new... maybe im doing wrong somewhere... correct me if its right.

Still possible, configure your mouse/keyboard, then change the device you your gamepad, configure it, and mouse/keyboard should continue to function. (as of revision 6289)
