When I tried to load a game, tit gave me a yellow screen with no sound, how can I fix it?

You need to give more information. The problem is likely a setting that is specifically needed for that game or system.

When I open up the game on the emulator, the top and bottom of the screen is black, and the middle of it is yellow. I have an HP pavilion dv8000 with intel centrino Duo and a Nvidia GeForce Go 7600 Graphics card, that runs Windows XP. Maybe there are some configuration options I have checked that I shouldn't, any ideas on how I can fix it?

I get that sometimes, restarting the emulator usually fixes it.

I tried that, but it had the same thing, I closed it and started it again, but it stayed the same way. Maybe my settings are wrong?
